Agreement

By booking a consultation through Software & AI Consulting, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the booking service.

Consulting services

Sessions provide professional advice on software architecture, AI adoption, product direction, and related topics. Advice is informational and based on the consultant's experience. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, job offers, funding, or business results.

Booking and payment

• Prices are listed on the booking page and charged via Stripe
• Credits expire 90 days after purchase unless otherwise stated
• Sessions are scheduled through Cal.com after payment
• You are responsible for joining sessions on time with a working connection

Rescheduling and cancellation

You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time from your account. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.

Confidentiality

We treat session discussions as confidential between you and the consultant, except where disclosure is required by law. Do not share sensitive credentials or unlawful material during sessions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Software & AI Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from consultations or use of this website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.
