Refund Policy

Overview
This policy explains refunds and cancellations for Software & AI Consulting consultation packages purchased through our website.
Before your session
- 24+ hours notice: You may reschedule from your account or request a full refund by emailing hector032716@gmail.com.
- Within 24 hours: Sessions cannot be rescheduled online. Refunds are not available except at our discretion for documented emergencies.
Unused credits
Multi-session packages (e.g. 3-Session Pack) may be partially refunded for unused credits within the 90-day validity period. Used sessions are non-refundable. Contact us to request a partial refund calculation.
No-shows
If you miss a scheduled session without 24 hours notice, the session credit is consumed and no refund is issued.
Consultant cancellation
If we cancel or need to reschedule on our end, you may choose a new time at no charge or receive a full refund for the affected session.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
