Software & AI Consulting("we", "us") provides 1:1 software and AI consulting sessions. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website and booking services.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, email address, and authentication credentials
- Booking details: session times, timezone, and consultation notes
- Payment metadata: processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
- Usage analytics: page views and conversion events via PostHog
- Newsletter consent: if you opt in during sign-up
How we use your data
- Deliver and manage consultation bookings
- Send calendar invites and video meeting links
- Process payments and maintain purchase records
- Improve our website and booking experience
- Send marketing emails only if you opted in
Third-party services
We use trusted processors to operate the service:
- Convex — database and authentication
- Stripe — payment processing
- Cal.com — scheduling and Google Meet links
- PostHog — product analytics
- Resend — newsletter audience (opt-in only)
- Google — OAuth sign-in and calendar conferencing
Data retention
Consultation credits expire 90 days after purchase. Booking records are retained for operational and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account data by emailing hector032716@gmail.com.
